Its been 2 months since i started a business of my own. The concept is simple 'To provide solution to the people for all there insurance needs'. For this i have colaborated with insurance agents to provide the end solution to the customer. However, sometimes i fail to understand the psyche of the consumer who comes and resiter on my website insurencekiyakya.com or wants to arrange for a call back. Some of these nurds just register for no good purpose. When i call them they straight away deny the fact that they have registered. However, there are some who genuinly enquire about the product. Its worth to maintain there database and to keep a constant touch with them rather than for those who does not know the true meaning of life. These dumb morons are good for nothin. Any suggestion guys as to how to keep a track on these idiots...
